The EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes was updated
The EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes was updated. The current list contains eight jurisdictions.
As of 14 November 2019 the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes is composed of:
- American Samoa
- Fiji
- Guam
- Oman
- Samoa
- Trinidad and Tobago
- US Virgin Islands
- Vanuatu
Mrshall Islands, the United Arab Emirates and Belize were removed from the list in October and November 2019.
