Do not forget to file the income tax returns
Taxpayers must meet their statutory obligations for the tax period 2023 by 2 April 2024. The deadline for filing income tax returns is postponed due to weekend and public holiday.
Statutory filing deadline for income tax returns for 2023 and paying the respective tax due is 2 April 2024.
Taxpayers may extend the statutory deadline up to three calendar months by filing of the respective announcement with the Tax Authorities and up to six calendar months if the taxpayer declares the foreign sourced income.
